CASINO

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT TO ENTER THE CASINO?

The minimum age to enter the Casino is 21. Minors under the age of 21 are only allowed in select locations through select doorways when accompanied by an adult. Minors may enter Spice Bay Buffet, Sweet Shoppe and the Pizza Parlor when entering through the Garage (Door 4) Entrance, and in Coyaba Grill and Asian Restaurant "8" when entering the Valet (Door 1) Entrance. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

DOES THE CASINO OFFER A NON-SMOKING SECTION?

Yes, the Casino offers the biggest non-smoking facility in the state. It is completely separate from the smoking section with 1,000 video gaming machines and 35 table games.

DOES THE CASINO HAVE A HOTEL?

No, the Casino does not currently offer a hotel. There is lodging nearby. Players Club cardholders may even receive special rates at some hotels in the area. Inquire at the Players Club desk for more details.

DOES THE CASINO OFFER RV PARKING?

Yes, the Casino asks that all RVs be parked in the southeast corner of the property (near the Arco gas station). At this time, we do not offer electrical, water or dumping stations. There is a 72-hour parking limit. Please contact Security should you wish to extend your stay.

DOES THE CASINO OFFER BUSES OR SHUTTLES TO AND FROM THE CASINO?

No, the Casino does not currently offer shuttle services. We are, however, located on the local bus route.

WHAT TYPES OF GAMES DO YOU OFFER?

The Casino offers a total of over 3,100 video gaming machines, with the greatest variety of themes under one roof. We also offer a wide range of table games, including $1 Blackjack and 25¢ Roulette, as well as the largest non-smoking Poker Room in the State!

DOES THE CASINO OFFER BINGO?

Muckleshoot Bingo operates separately from the Muckleshoot Casino, but is located convienently close, just across Auburn Way. Please visit Muckleshoot Bingo for more information.

HOW MANY RESTAURANTS DO YOU OFFER?

The Casino has eight tasty restaurant choices to satisfy your cravings! Please visit our Restaurants page for business hours, specials and sample menus.

HOW MANY BARS DO YOU HAVE?

The Casino has multiple locations that offer bar service, including six bars and floor service. Enjoy your favorite cocktail, beer or wine without having to leave your favorite VGD (video gaming device) or table game. Please visit our Bars page for business hours and specials.

WHAT ARE THE BUSINESS HOURS OF YOUR DINING ESTABLISHMENTS?

DO YOU HAVE ANY RESTAURANTS IN THE NON-SMOKING SECTION?

Yes, BSB & Raw Bar is located in the non-smoking section. For more information on BSB or to explore other dining options, please visit our Restaurants page.

CAN I BRING MINORS INTO THE RESTAURANTS?

Guests 21 years of age or older may bring minors into select eateries. Minors under the age of 21 are only allowed in Spice Bay Buffet, Sweet Shoppe and the Pizza Parlor when accompanied by an adult and entering through Garage (Door 4) Entrance. Minors are also allowed in Coyaba Grill and Asian Restaurant “8” when accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or older entering through the Valet (Door 1) Entrance. Minors must not be left unattended.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS TO SENIORS?

Yes, Spice Bay Buffet offers a $2 discount for seniors 55+ Monday through Thursday. Seniors 55+ who are also Players Club cardholders receive $3 off Monday through Thursday and $1 off Friday through Sunday. Only one redemption can be utlilized at a time.

ENTERTAINMENT

DO I NEED TO BUY TICKETS TO WATCH A SHOW IN CLUB GALAXY?

Admission to any show or event in Club Galaxy is typically free with your Players Club card. Some shows may require you pick-up complimentary tickets in advance in order to secure free reserved seating. View a seating chart here.

HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION AT CLUB GALAXY?

Club Galaxy does not offer table or seat reservations. Please arrive early for best seating options when not attending a ticketed event. View a seating chart here.

DOES CLUB GALAXY ENFORCE A DRESS CODE?

Yes, Club Galaxy does kindly ask that you refrain from the following:
- Head coverings including but not limited to baseball caps, doo-rags, beanies and bandanas.
- Footwear including work boots, slippers, open-toe sandals (men), flip flops (men and women), torn or soiled shoes.
- Pants and shorts including athletic shorts, baggy pants or jeans, swim trunks, “sweat pants,” pajama pants or shorts, and dirty/ripped clothing.
- Shirts including athletic jerseys, sleeveless/muscle shirts, tank tops, sweat or warm-up suits, and dirty/ripped/offensive shirts.

Collared shirts and dress slacks are preferred for gentlemen. Management reserves all rights to deem attire unsuitable and restrict entry.

LOYALTY PROGRAM

DO YOU HAVE A LOYALTY / REWARDS PROGRAM? HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Yes, the Players Club card is a free membership rewards program that allows guests 21 years of age and older to accumulate points for carded play. Accumulated points can be redeemed for a variety of rewards. To learn more about the program and its benefits, please visit our Players Club section.

I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY REWARDS MAILER THIS MONTH. WHAT HAPPENED?

Currently, our monthly rewards mailers are based on your play using your Players Club card two months prior to the month in question. For example, receiving a February 2017 Rewards Mailer means that you met a minimum of 2,000 base points during your carded play in December 2016.

If you feel you qualified for a rewards mailer, but did not receive one, please visit the Players Club with a valid photo ID to have an attendant assist you. If you did qualify, verify your mailing address to ensure our records are up to date and request a reprint of your rewards.

I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY BIRTHDAY MAILER. WHAT HAPPENED?

Our 2017 Birthday Rewards Program is based on your play using your Players Club card 90 days prior to the mailing month of your birthday month, averaging a minimum of 2,000 earned based points. 

All Players Club members, however, are eligible to request a "Birthday Sweet Treat," a Sweet Shoppe coupon valued at $3. Please request your voucher at the Players Club. If you believe you should have received a birthday mailer based on the above requirements, please visit the Players Club with a valid photo ID to have an attendant assist you.

WHAT IS A WIN/LOSS STATEMENT AND HOW CAN I REQUEST ONE?

A win/loss statement is a document that reflects your carded play for one year in accordance to our system. Realize that a win/loss statement is only an estimate, dependent on the proper usage of the Players Club card, and only shows carded machine play.

You may request a copy of your win/loss statement in two ways: you may come into the Casino and request a copy at the Players Club, provided you present a valid photo ID, or you may fill out the Win/Loss Statement Request Form along with a copy of your valid photo ID and mail it to the Casino. Please note that if you choose the mail-in option, you must have your signature notarized. After notarization, you may send it to:

BANQUETS

ARE MINORS ALLOWED IN THE BANQUET ROOMS?

Yes, all of our banquet rooms, with the exception of one, allow for the ingress and egress of minors under the age of 21. Although minors are allowed in the banquet space, they must be accompanied by an adult guardian at all times and cannot be left unattended.

WHAT SERVICES DOES THE BANQUET DEPARTMENT PROVIDE?

The Banquet department handles everything from the set-up of tables and chairs (including linens, standard centerpieces, silverware, glasses, cups, napkins, etc.) to the event’s teardown. Please let us know of any special accommodations you will need and we will do our best to ensure it happens.

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED PRIOR TO A SCHEDULED EVENT?

Yes, a deposit, as well as a simple service contract, are required to secure any event space. Deposits vary from $200-$750, depending on the specific venue.

ARE DEPOSITS REFUNDABLE SHOULD I CANCEL MY EVENT?

Only in extraordinary circumstances will the deposit for an event be returned on an event cancellation.

MAY I BRING IN OUTSIDE FOOD?

No, it is generally not permissible for guests to bring outside food into the venue. Catering is offered by the Casino’s excellent culinary team. Cakes, however, may be catered through an outside vendor.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM CAKE SERVICES?

Yes, our talented chefs can create one-of-a-kind cakes that combine breathtaking designs with scrumptious flavor combinations.

DOES MUCKLESHOOT CASINO PROVIDE BAR SERVICES FOR EVENTS?

Yes, we offer full bar services free of charge should the beverage minimum be met. If not, bar service is available at a nominal fee.

WHAT KIND OF EVENTS CAN YOU HOLD IN THE BANQUET ROOMS?

We can organize a variety of large and small business meetings, corporate trainings, retreats, holiday parties, birthday celebrations, family reunions, class reunions, weddings, receptions, baby showers, bridal showers and more.

IS THERE A ROOM RENTAL FEE?

Yes, and no. If food and beverage minimums are not met, a room rental fee may be required.

DOES MUCKLESHOOT CASINO OFFER AUDIO/VISUAL SERVICES?

Yes, we offer state-of-the-art audio and visual systems, including podiums and easels. Please contact us for a list of available equipment and pricing.

DO I NEED TO PAY SALES TAX FOR MY EVENT?

No, Muckleshoot Casino is a sales tax-free property. As an enterprise existing on sovereign nation land, we can save you up to 10% over our competitors.

HOW LONG CAN WE OCCUPY THE SPACE?

You may occupy the space as long as you want; however, as a standard, unless otherwise specified by the guest, all banquet rooms are booked for five hours. The duration of an event may be limited due to peak seasons and other bookings. Fees may apply for extra long events.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE FOR MY GUESTS?

Yes, we offer a seven-story parking garage featuring 2,700 spaces as well as free valet parking services at the main entrance of the Casino.

DOES THE CASINO PROVIDE SECURITY?

Yes, Security is always posted at all entrances for large group events. If your group needs additional security, please let us know.
