Do you have a loyalty / rewards program? How much does it cost?
I didn’t receive my rewards mailer this month. What happened?
All of our monthly rewards mailers are based on your play using your Preferred Players Club card two months prior to the month in question. For example, receiving a May 2011 Rewards Mailer means that you have met a minimum of 500 points during your carded play in March 2011. Additional rewards are based on our monthly rewards criteria table.
