CASINO


  • What is the minimum age requirement to enter the Casino?

    The minimum age to enter the Casino is 21. Minors (under the age of 21) are only allowed in the Spice Bay Buffet, the Sweet Shoppe, and the Pizza Parlor when accompanied by an adult. Minors must enter through garage entrance.

  • Does the Casino offer a non-smoking section?

    Yes, the Casino offers the biggest non-smoking facility in the state. It is completely separate from the smoking section with 1,000 video gaming machines and 35 table games.

  • Does the Casino have a hotel?

    No, the Casino does not currently offer a hotel. We do have nearby lodging. Preferred Players Club card holders may even receive special rates at some hotels in the area.

  • Does the Casino offer RV parking?

    Yes, the Casino asks that all RVs be parked in the southeast corner of the property (near the Arco gas station and car wash). At this time, we do not have accommodations for electrical, water or dumping stations. There is also a 72-hour parking limit. Please contact Security should you wish to extend your stay.

  • Does the Casino offer buses or shuttles to and from the Casino?

    No, the Casino does not currently offer any shuttle services to and/or from our establishment. We are however, located on the local bus route.

  • Where do I go to apply for a job at Muckleshoot Casino?

  • What types of games do you offer?

    The Casino offers 3,150 video gaming machines, 75 table games and 35 poker tables.

  • Does the Casino offer Bingo?

    Muckleshoot Bingo operates separately from the Muckleshoot Casino. Please visit Muckleshoot Bingo for more information.

  • Does the Casino hold tournaments?

    Yes, the Casino holds a variety of tournaments throughout the year. Please check out our Calendar for a full list of upcoming events, promotions and tournaments.

  • How many restaurants do you offer?

    The Casino has 8 tasty restaurant choices to satisfy your cravings! Please visit our Restaurants page for business hours, specials and sample menus.

  • How many bars do you have?

    The Casino has multiple locations that offer bar service including 7 bars and floor service: enjoy your favorite cocktail, beer or wine without having to leave your favorite VGD or table game. Please visit our Bars page for business hours and specials.

  • What are the business hours of your dining establishments?

    Each of our restaurants have varying hours of operation. Please visit our Restaurants page for more information.

  • Do you have any restaurants in the non-smoking section?

    Yes, BSB, is located in the non-smoking section. For more information on BSB or to explore other dining options, please visit our Restaurants page

  • Can I bring minors into the restaurants?

    Guests 21 years of age or older may bring minors into select eateries. Minors (under the age of 21) are only allowed in Spice Bay Buffet, Sweet Shoppe, and the Pizza Parlor when accompanied by an adult, entering through garage entrance. Minors are also allowed in Coyaba Grill and Asian Restaurant “8” when accompanied by an adult (21 years of age or older) entering through the Door 1 entrance with minors remaining on the purple colored carpet to and from the food outlets. Minors must not be left unattended by an adult at any time.

  • Do you offer discounts to seniors at the Spice Bay Buffet?

    Yes, Spice Bay Buffet offers a $2 discount for seniors 55+ Monday through Thursday. If you hold a Preferred Players Club card, you get $3 off Monday through Thursday and $1 off Friday through Sunday. You may only redeem for one discount.



ENTERTAINMENT


  • Do I need to buy tickets to watch a show in Club Galaxy?

    No, admission to any show or event in Club Galaxy is always free.

  • How do I make a reservation at Club Galaxy?

    Club Galaxy does not offer table or seat reservations. Please arrive early for best seating options.

  • Does Club Galaxy enforce a dress code?

    Yes, Club Galaxy does kindly ask that you refrain from the following:

    • - Head Coverings including but not limited to baseball caps, doo-rags, beanies and bandanas.
    • - Footwear including work boots, slippers, open-toe sandals (men) and flip flops (men and women).
    • - Pants and shorts including athletic shorts, baggy pants, swim trunks, “sweat pants,” and dirty/ripped clothing.
    • - Athletic jerseys, sleeveless/muscle shirts, sweat suits, and athletic warm-up suits.


LOYALTY PROGRAM


  • Do you have a loyalty / rewards program? How much does it cost?

    Yes, the Preferred Players Club card is a free membership that allows you to accumulate points for carded play and all accumulated points allow you to redeem for a variety of rewards. To learn more about the program and its benefits, please visit our Players Club section.

  • I didn’t receive my rewards mailer this month. What happened?

    All of our monthly rewards mailers are based on your play using your Preferred Players Club card two months prior to the month in question. For example, receiving a May 2011 Rewards Mailer means that you have met a minimum of 500 points during your carded play in March 2011. Additional rewards are based on our monthly rewards criteria table.

    If you feel that you have qualified for a rewards mailer, we request that you come into the Casino and speak with a Players Club Attendant at the Preferred Players Club. If you did qualify, verify your mailing address to ensure that our records are up to date and you may then request a reprint of your rewards. Please note that only supervisors have the authority to reprint rewards coupons so please ask for a supervisor. You may call in advance to ask whether a supervisor is on duty.

  • I didn’t receive my birthday mailer. What happened?

    Our birthday rewards program is based on your play using your Preferred Players Club card the year prior, however, birthday rewards are also offered to guests without a birthday mailer. Just come in to the Casino during your birthday month and you are automatically eligible to receive your birthday gift if you earn 200 base points. Also, if you come to the Casino on your actual birthday, you will earn triple points for all play using your Preferred Players Club card as well as a free ice cream at the Sweet Shoppe. You may request a voucher at the Preferred Players Club. If you believe you should have received a birthday mailer, please verify your mailing address with a Players Club Attendant.

  • I didn’t receive any coupons this month. Can I still earn the weekly gift?

    Yes, you are able to obtain a gift on our merchandise days by earning 200 base points of carded play the day of the giveaway. Once you have accumulated enough points, visit the Preferred Players Club and an attendant will be happy to assist you.

  • What is a win/loss statement and how can I request one?

    A win/loss statement is a document that reflects your carded play for one year in accordance to our system. Realize that a win/loss statement is only an estimate, dependent on the proper usage of the Preferred Players Club card, and only shows carded Machine play. You may request a copy of your win/loss statement in two ways: you may come into the Casino and request a copy at the Preferred Players Club, provided that you present a valid photo ID, or you may fill out the Win/Loss Statement Request Form along with a copy of your valid photo ID and mail it to the Casino. Please note that if you choose the mail-in option, you must have your signature notarized. After notarization, you may send it to:

BANQUETS


  • Are minors allowed in the banquet rooms?

    Yes, all of our banquet rooms, with the exception of one, allow for the ingress and egress of minors (those under the age of 21). Please note that although minors are allowed in the banquet rooms, they must be accompanied by an adult guardian at all times and cannot be left unattended.

  • What services does the Banquet department provide?

    The Banquet department handles everything from the set-up of tables and chairs (incl. linens, standard centerpieces, silverware, glasses, cups, napkins, etc.) to the event’s tear-down. We are here to help. Please let us know of any special accommodations you will need and we will do our best to ensure it happens.

  • Is a deposit required prior to a scheduled event?

    Yes, a deposit, as well as a simple service contract, is required to secure any event space. Deposits will vary from $200-$750 depending on the specific venue.

  • Are deposits refundable should I cancel my event?

    Only in extraordinary circumstances will the deposit for an event be returned on an event cancellation.

  • May I bring in outside food?

    No, it is generally not permissible for guests to bring outside food into the venue. Catering is offered by the Casino’s excellent culinary team. Cakes, however, may be catered through an outside vendor.

  • Do you offer custom cake services?

    Yes, our talented chefs can create one-of-a-kind cakes that combine breath-taking designs with scrumptious flavor combos. It’s your inspiration in our artistic hands.

  • Does the Muckleshoot Casino provide bar services?

    Yes, we offer full bar services free of charge should the beverage minimum be met. If not, bar service is available at a nominal fee.

  • What kind of events can you hold in the banquet rooms?

    We can organize a variety of large and small business meetings, corporate trainings, retreats, holiday parties, birthday celebrations, family reunions, class reunions, weddings, receptions, baby showers, bridal showers, trade shows and more.

  • Is there a room rental fee?

    Yes and no. If food and beverage minimums are not met, a room rental fee may be required.

  • Does the Muckleshoot Casino offer audio/visual services?

    Yes, we offer many state-of-the-art audio and visual systems including equipment that sets the stage like podiums and easels. Please contact a Banquet staff for a list of available equipment and pricing information.

  • Do I need to pay sales tax for my event held at the Casino?

    No, Muckleshoot Casino is a sales tax free property. As an enterprise existing on sovereign nation land, we can save you up to 10% over our competitors.

  • How long can we occupy the space?

    You may occupy the space as long as you want; however, as a standard, unless otherwise specified by the guest, all banquet rooms are booked for 5 hours. The duration of an event may be limited due to peak seasons and other bookings. Fees may apply for extra long events.

  • Is there parking available for my guests?

    Yes, we offer a 7-story parking garage featuring 2,700 spaces as well as free valet parking services at the main entrance of the Casino.

  • Does the Casino provide security?

    Yes, Security is always posted at all entrances for large group events. If your group needs additional security, please let us know.
