It’s hard to believe we’ve already made it to the end of 2018, but here we are counting it down. We tried a lot of new things this year at Muckleshoot Casino, one of which you’re currently reading at this moment. Thank you for following along throughout the year as we delivered news about the casino, the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe, and the surrounding community of Auburn, Washington through this blog.

To commemorate our first year, we present the time-honored December tradition of a “best of” list. Here are some of your (and our) favorites from 2018:

Each year, Muckleshoot Casino actively seeks out ways to decrease our carbon footprint and increase our sustainability initiatives. In this blog, you’ll learn some of the initiatives that have been put into place to realize our goals.

2. MUCKLESHOOT ART PAINTS STORY OF TRIBAL CULTURE

The striking artwork both inside and outside of Muckleshoot Casino are hard to miss. These beautiful murals aren’t only for decoration. Each individual piece has a meaning behind it. Follow the link to learn more about the history and pride it reveals.

3. DOLLFACE: FROM CRAIGSLIST TO CENTER STAGE

Our first blog was a fun one. We have lots of bands that perform at Club Galaxy, each with a different story to tell. Dollface, an all-woman band based in Las Vegas, originated from a Craigslist post.
