The minimum age to enter the Casino is 21. Children or minors under the age of 21 are allowed to dine in the Muckleshoot Restaurant and Food Hall areas, as long as they are accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or older.   When entering the Casino, all minors must follow the river which is drawn into the carpet to ensure this is the only path taken by the minors and accompanying adults en route to their dining outlet destination.   Minors cannot sit with parents or adults as they are gaming, and minors cannot be left unsupervised or left in restaurant or eating area while parents or adults patronize the Casino.  All minors must leave when their party has finished their dining experience.

Yes, all guests must have a valid photo ID as part of enhanced security protocols. Every guest will be required to show a valid photo ID to gain entry. Acceptable identification will include a valid state-issued Driver's License, a passport, or a military or Tribal ID. Security will conduct a weapon detection screening upon arrival.

Yes, the Casino offers the biggest non-smoking facility in the state. 

No, the Casino does not currently offer a hotel but one is in development! Currently, there is lodging nearby. Muckleshoot Rewards cardholders may even receive special rates at some hotels in the area. Inquire at the Muckleshoot Rewards Center for more details.

No, at this time, the casino does not allow RV, semi, or oversized parking.

No, the Casino does not currently offer shuttle services. We are, however, located on the local bus route.

Beginning April 4, 2022, Muckleshoot Casino will offer guests the enhanced convenience of a single-colored cash redemption ticket. When it’s time to collect your winnings, all printed cash tickets will be redeemable anywhere, regardless of where you play. Choose the ease of a cash redemption kiosk or enjoy the friendly, personalized service found at Muckleshoot Cashier. All tickets must be redeemed within 30 days of issuance.

Yes, tickets are required to enjoy the singular entertainment lineup offered inside the state-of-the-art Muckleshoot Events Center. 

Our events do not offer table reservations at this time. 

Yes, the casino does kindly ask that you refrain from the following:
- Head coverings including but not limited to baseball caps, doo-rags, beanies and bandanas.
- Footwear including work boots, slippers, open-toe sandals (men), flip flops (men and women), torn or soiled shoes.
- Pants and shorts including athletic shorts, baggy pants or jeans, swim trunks, “sweat pants,” pajama pants or shorts, and dirty/ripped clothing.
- Shirts including athletic jerseys, sleeveless/muscle shirts, tank tops, sweat or warm-up suits, and dirty/ripped/offensive shirts.

Collared shirts and dress slacks are preferred for gentlemen. Management reserves all rights to deem attire unsuitable and restrict entry.

Yes, Muckleshoot Rewards is a free membership rewards program that allows guests 21 years of age and older to accumulate points for carded play. Accumulated points can be redeemed for a variety of rewards. To learn more about the program and its benefits, please visit our Muckleshoot Rewards section.

Currently, our monthly rewards mailers are based on your play using your Muckleshoot Rewards card. 

If you feel you qualified for a rewards mailer, but did not receive one, please visit Muckleshoot Rewards with a valid photo ID to have an attendant assist you, or visit one of the many self-serve kiosks on property. If you did qualify, verify your mailing address to ensure our records are up to date.

Our 2023 Birthday Rewards Program is based on your play using your Muckleshoot Rewards card. Qualifying guests will receive an invite for a special treat.

A win/loss statement is a document that reflects your carded play for one year in accordance to our system. Realize that a win/loss statement is only an estimate, dependent on the proper usage of your Muckleshoot Rewards card, and only shows carded machine play.

You may request a copy of your win/loss statement in two ways: you may come into the Casino and request a copy at Muckleshoot Rewards, provided you present a valid photo ID, or you may log into the Player Portal and have your Win/Loss statement delivered to your email address.

Yes, Muckleshoot Events Center allows for the ingress and egress of minors under the age of 21. Although minors are allowed in the meeting space, they must be accompanied by an adult guardian at all times and cannot be left unattended.

The Banquet department handles everything from the set-up of tables and chairs (including linens, standard centerpieces, silverware, glasses, cups, napkins, etc.) to the event’s teardown. Please let us know of any special accommodations you will need and we will do our best to ensure it happens.

Yes, a deposit, as well as a simple service contract, are required to secure any event space. Deposits vary from $200-$750, depending on the specific venue.

Only in extraordinary circumstances will the deposit for an event be returned on an event cancellation.

No, it is generally not permissible for guests to bring outside food into the venue. Catering is offered by the Casino’s excellent culinary team. Cakes, however, may be catered through an outside vendor.

Yes, we offer full bar services free of charge should the beverage minimum be met. If not, bar service is available at a nominal fee.

You may occupy the space as long as you want; however, as a standard, unless otherwise specified by the guest, all banquet rooms are booked for five hours. The duration of an event may be limited due to peak seasons and other bookings. Fees may apply for extra long events.

Yes, we offer a seven-story parking garage featuring more than 2,700 spaces as well as outside surface parking.
