Mary’s distinguished career spans multiple regions across the Midwest and the Pacific Northwest, including Oregon and Washington, where she developed a deep and well-rounded understanding of casino operations, guest experience, and strategic marketing. She began her journey in the gaming industry as a table games dealer, gaining first-hand knowledge of casino operations and the guest experience that would later shape her leadership style.

During the first 15 years of her career, Mary focused on gaming and hotel operations, developing expertise in delivering exceptional guest service and managing complex operational environments. This foundation gave her a comprehensive understanding of how to create memorable experiences for guests while ensuring efficient and high-performing operations.

In the latter half of her career, Mary transitioned into casino marketing and player development, where she successfully implemented strategies designed to attract, engage, and retain loyal players. Known for her ability to build meaningful relationships with guests and team members alike, Mary has built a reputation for creating impactful marketing initiatives that strengthen player loyalty and elevate the overall guest experience.
