We are proud to announce the appointment of Junior Maldonado as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Muckleshoot Casino Resort.

Junior has been a long-standing and valued Team Member of Muckleshoot Casino Resort for over 25 years. His unwavering dedication, deep knowledge, and passion for our mission have left a lasting impact across the organization.

Over the years, Junior has grown through numerous roles – Housekeeper, Heavy Duty, Engineering, Sound & Light Technician, and Entertainment Production Manager – eventually stepping into leadership as a Business Leader, Executive Director of Gaming, and now COO. His journey serves as a powerful example of what is possible through hard work, heart, and commitment.

For the past two years, Junior has served as Interim COO, leading our operations with a strong commitment to the mission, vision, and values that have shaped our shared success.
