Our shows are normally 21+ unless otherwise stated on Ticketmaster.  Please check the MORE INFO section on the ticketing page.

For a smooth and efficient experience, we recommend the following regarding your tickets:

Download your ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet prior to the event: This ensures easy access and quicker entry into the venue.

Ticket Reprints and Look-Up: In case of any issues with your ticket, please visit the Muckleshoot Box office (see days and times above) for reprints or assistance with ticket look-up.

Official Ticket Sales: To avoid fraudulent tickets, please ensure that you purchase tickets only through our authorized sales channels. We are not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized resellers or scalpers.

Day-of-Event Ticket Sales: If you have questions regarding ticket availability or day-of sales, please refer to Muckleshoot Rewards or the Muckleshoot Box Office (see days and times above).

We do not have a bag policy, however, please be aware that all bags, regardless of size, will be subject to inspection upon entry.

To ensure the comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that you consider the size of your bag, as you will be seated near others.

Suggestions to making security operations run smoothly:

-Backpacks, luggage, multi-compartment bags, duffle bags and purses larger than 4.5" x 6.5'' are not permitted. Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items.

-Clear plastic or vinyl bags that do not exceed 12" x 6" or 12" and have no more than 2 pockets are permitted.

-Small clutch bags, no larger than 4.5" x 6.5", with or without handle or straps are allowed.

-One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc or similar) are allowed. 

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

No food inside of the Events Center during concerts.  

No outside beverages are allowed.  Only beverages purchased inside Muckleshoot Casino Resort are allowed inside the Events Center. 

Wristbands are required for re-entry.

Please contact your original point of sale of where you purchased the tickets.

The Events Center is a non-smoking venue, including vaping. Smoking is allowed outside the Events Center South Exit or within designated smoking areas inside Muckleshoot Casino Resort ie the smoking section. 

No guns, knives or weapons allowed on premises.  You will be asked to bring it back to your car and then off premises.

Guests with a barred/suspended status are not permitted on premises.

If you are unsure of your barring/suspended status, please email amibarred@mtga.us and include your date of birth and full name, before purchasing your tickets.

If you know you have been banned from our establishment and would like to be reinstated, you will need to write a letter to the Muckleshoot Gaming Commission. Please make sure it includes your name, address, phone number, and the reason you feel you should be reinstated. It will then go in front of the commission for a vote.
