In recognition of Asian American Pacific Islander Month, we invite you to experience a royal Hawaiian dinner that traces the journey of Hawaiʻi. Under the Kiawe Tree is not simply a dinner - it is a curated cultural experience that tells the story of Hawaiʻi through its food. Designed as a progressive tasting, each course reflects a moment in time, honoring indigenous royal Hawaiian traditions.
From ocean‑fresh poke and kiawe‑grilled seafood to paniolo beef, mamaki tea, and a joyful dessert, every course is designed to surprise, delight, and bring people together.
