How many rooms and suites does the Resort have?
What is required for Entry into Casino, Hotel, Spa, and Dining Venues?
Admittance to casino resort and use of its facilities does not require reservations. Walks-ins are welcome based on adherence of the following:
- Valid Photo ID is required for each individual over the age of 21. No exceptions.
- Guests under the age of 21 require a supervising adult over the age of 21 with valid photo ID.
What age do I need to be to gamble?
You must be 21 years of age or older and also have valid photo ID. You must also have valid photo ID with you while on property at all times.
Valid Photo ID consists of Driver's License, State ID, Passport, Passport Card, Tribal ID, Permanent Resident card, and Military.
Guests under the age of 21 require a supervising adult over the age of 21 with Valid Photo ID.
What kinds of ID are accepted?
Valid identification consists of Driver's License, State ID, Passport, Passport Card, Tribal ID, and Military.
Expired Identification is Not Valid. IDs must not be expired.
Children without ID must always be accompanied by an Adult with ID at all times.
How do I book a room or package at the Resort? And is there an age requirement to book?

What do I need at Check-In?
A valid government-issued photo ID and credit or debit card are required at check-in to authorize the total value of the stay and incidentals.
You must be 21 years of age to register for hotel accommodations. No one under the age of 15 may be left unaccompanied at any time.
How much is the incidental hold or security deposit?
During check-out, any unused pre-authorized funds will be released by the hotel. Please note that depending on your banking institution's policies, it may take up to 7-10 business days after your departure for the funds to be refunded to your account.
Can I use a debit card for incidentals/deposit?

Can I put a cash deposit down for incidentals?

Are children allowed in the Resort and Restaurants?
When entering the casino, minors must follow the green/blue river design on the carpet. Please ensure this is the only path taken by minors and their accompanying adults to reach their dining destination. Minors cannot be left unsupervised or remain in the restaurant or eating area while adults patronize the casino.
Are pets allowed at the Resort?
What is the cancellation policy for hotel reservations?
A charge for one night's room rate and tax will be applied at the time of booking.
Is there a cost to park or to Valet?

Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes. Registered resort guests may bring their own food & beverage for in-room consumption. Guests may not bring, nor consume, outside food & beverage in our public areas to include: Pool, Spa, Arcade, Event Center, and/or Casino.
Personally supplied alcoholic beverages for in-room, non-public consumption are subject to applicable law and guests will be asked to provide legal identification. Food and beverage consumption in violation of this policy is absolutely prohibited.
Do you offer any wheelchairs or motorized scooters?
Can we receive mail or packages at the Resort?
All Mail and packages will be stored until your arrival. Please make sure the item is addressed to the registered guest.

Do you have any shuttles to the local hotels?
No, we do not have any shuttles to the local hotels. We do have a resort with full amenities including gaming entertainment, restaurants, sports betting, pool, spa, arcade, and more! To book, please click HERE!
If you're staying at a local hotel, we recommend reaching out to them to inquire about shuttle services to Muckleshoot Casino Resort. Given our status as a major attraction in the area, it's possible they offer such services.
What if I am banned from the Resort?
