Due to the spa being located in the casino resort, guests must bring a valid ID.

Please note that spa amenities such as steam rooms, saunas, and plunge pools are only available to guests spending over $100 in services (not retail).

What services does labcəbut spa offer?

Our Spa offers a wide range of services including massages, facials, body treatments, manicures, and pedicures.

How do I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made by calling 800.804.4944. Reservations can also be made HERE!

What should I bring for my spa appointment?

Labcebut spa is located inside the casino so you'll need a valid ID to get into the casino resort.

We recommend bringing comfortable clothing to wear before and after your treatment. Robes, towels, and slippers will be provided for your convenience.

Please note that spa amenities such as the plunge pools, steam rooms, saunas, and co-ed lounges are only available to guests spending over $100 in services (not retail).

How early should I arrive for my spa appointment?

We recommend arriving at least 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork and to start your relaxation experience on time.

Intake forms will be sent to the email provided upon booking and should be completed BEFORE you arrive.

If you have a treatment and want to enjoy the spa amenities BEFORE your appointment, please arrive earlier than the recommended time to accommodate for that.

What happens if I arrive late to my appointment?

Should you arrive late to your appointment, we will try to accommodate you, but there is no guarantee that you will receive full session length.

Is there a cancellation policy?

The labcəbut spa requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for the cancellation of any booked spa services and a minimum of 48 hours notice for any group cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments (no shows) will result in a cancellation charge of 100% of the full price of your scheduled spa services charged to the credit card on file.

Are there age restrictions for spa services?

Yes, guests must be an adult at least 18 years old to access the spa facilities and receive treatment without supervision. No minors under 12 permitted, with or without supervision.

Can I request a specific therapist for my treatment?

Yes, you may request a specific therapist when booking your appointment, subject to availability.

What types of massage techniques are offered at the Spa?

Our experienced spa professionals offer a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and more. You can discuss your preferences with your therapist before your treatment begins.

Can I use the spa facilities if I'm not staying at the casino hotel?

Yes, our Spa facilities are available to both hotel guests and non-hotel guests. However, access may be subject to availability and certain restrictions during peak times.

Can I use the Spa facilities without booking a treatment?

At this time, only guests with treatments may utilize the Spa facilities including the sauna, steam room, and relaxation areas.

Are there any discounts for Muckleshoot Rewards members?

At this time, no. We are currently working on a program for this.

Do you offer any discounts for the Active Military and Veterans?

Yes, we offer a discount for active military and veterans with valid identification. Please present identification upon payment.

What are my options for paying for my treatments?

We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Additionally, cash payments are also accepted.

Can I use my Muckleshoot Rewards points for spa services?

At this time, no. We will be working on a program for the future.

Are there any health restrictions for spa services?

Guests with certain health conditions or who are pregnant may be advised to avoid certain treatments. We recommend consulting our Spa staff or your healthcare provider before booking.

Do you offer any Day Passes to use the spa facilities?

No, currently, Day Passes are not available.

Is the spa accessible for guests with disabilities?

Yes, our spa facilities are accessible for guests with disabilities. Please inform us of any special requirements when making your reservation.

Can I bring outside food or drinks to the spa?

Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the Spa facilities. However, we offer complimentary water and herbal teas for our guests.

What amenities are available in the spa?

Our spa facilities feature locker rooms equipped with showers, saunas, steam rooms, and tranquil relaxation areas. While the saunas and steam rooms are designated separately for men and women, the plunge pools and lounge areas are co-ed.

Do you offer group bookings or events?

Yes, we can accommodate group bookings and events such as bridal parties, corporate retreats, or birthday celebrations. Please call us at 800.804.4944 and our reservations team will be able to help you reserve your spot!

Are electronic devices allowed in the spa facilities?

Cell phone use is not permitted in the Locker space, in the amenities or in the lounge out of respect for privacy. We strive to create an environment conducive to relaxation and tranquility.

Can I purchase spa gift certificates?

Spa gift certificates are not currently available at this time.
