Our player portal offers our guests a general overview of their accounts.
To access the Player Portal, you'll need to have your Muckleshoot Rewards Account Number and PIN.

- To update this information, please stop by the Muckleshoot Rewards desk. Information cannot be updated through this portal as we'll need to verify your identity to protect your account.

- Win/Loss Statement
- Once logged in, you would select the Statement icon on the left side, change the drop down to the desired year and the statement will be emailed to your email address on file. If the email you have on file is incorrect, you’ll need to stop into the casino and update your information at the Muckleshoot Rewards Desk. Unfortunately, this cannot be done online as we will need to verify your identity with a valid ID.
- To get your Win/Loss Statement by Mail: Please download and print Muckleshoot Casino Resort’s Win/Loss form. After completing the form (must be notarized), please mail it to the following address:

Tax Statements
Our Tax Document Player Portal offers you a way to view your Tax Documents.
To access the Tax Documents, you'll need to have your Muckleshoot Rewards Account number, PIN, and Social Security Number.
