Muckleshoot Casino Resort Policies, House Rules and Information
Muckleshoot Casino Resort (the “Resort”) strives to provide its guests with an exceptionally clean, comfortable and convenient stay experience. These Resort Policies / House Rules are considered an integral part of the reservation agreement. Guests are expected to adhere to all Resort Policies / House Rules, terms and conditions, and procedures, and the Resort reserves the right to refuse service or impose charges on a guest's folio for any damages or failure to comply with Resort Policies / House Rules. Please note that the Resort Policies / House Rules may change from time to time.
- Reservation Policy: All guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation and check-in to the Muckleshoot Casino Resort. Guests must present a valid photo ID and debit or credit card in the guest’s name at the time of check-in. If a potential guest does not meet the minimum age requirement to check-in, is unable to produce a valid photo ID, or is unable to produce a debit or credit card in the guest's name with substantial funds to hold the total authorization amount, the reservation will be cancelled with a one night cancellation fee of room and tax, which will be applied to the card used to guarantee the reservation.
- Numbers of Guests: All people occupying the guest room must register at the front desk and be added to the reservation; additional charges may apply per guest. At no time is any guest room permitted to exceed their occupancy limit. Maximum occupancy for all standard rooms is 4 people, and up to 6 people for larger suites.
- Incidentals: There is a $50 per night authorization for incidental charges. Incidental charges include, but are not limited to, gift shop and food and beverage charges. Any unused authorization is fully released within 7-10 business days after check-out, based on the guest’s banking institution.
DEBIT/CHECK CARD NOTICE
Use of a debit/check card as security or payment immediately holds funds in your checking acct. The amount of the auth/hold requested will be for remaining room & tax due + $50 per day incidentals. Your bank may continue to hold these funds for 3 -5 business days after you check out. Muckleshoot Casino Resort cannot accept responsibility for overdraft charges resulting from holds placed on debit/check card accounts. If you’d like to pay for your stay with a debit card, we suggest you use a credit card at check in for the preauthorized hold. Upon your departure, please see the front desk and we’ll be happy to process the stay against your debit card at check out.
- Check-in and Check-out Times: Guests are expected to adhere to the designated 4PM check-in and 11AM check-out times. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. A late departure request is subject to availability on day of departure only & may have an additional cost if accommodation can be made.
- Cancellation Policy: Reservations may be cancelled without charge 48 hours prior to guest’s scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date and no-shows will be subject to a charge equal to one night’s room rate plus tax. For stays during peak period or special events, a longer cancellation period may apply and will be specified at the time of booking. Guests are advised to review their reservation confirmation for the full cancellation policy and any applicable terms and conditions. Early departures will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the room rate and tax for the night on which the guest departed early if notice is not received prior to check-in.
- Security / Advance Deposit: An advanced deposit equal to one night room and tax is required at the time of reservations. An additional security deposit may be required for the Suites, at the sole discretion of management. A credit / debit card is mandatory for all guests checking into the hotel unless pre-authorized by management. Credit / debit card requirement for checking into the hotel is a requirement of ALL guests, to include those that may be staying as part of complimentary stay issuance, and / or payment by earned points, rewards, or comps.
- Noises and Disturbances: To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM. No loud disturbances, excessive noise or parties exceeding the number of in-room registered guests are permitted. Violators may be ordered to vacate the Resort premises without refund and may be fined a Guest Compensation Disturbance Fee of up to $1200. ONLY registered guests may congregate, stay, or be allowed a key to room, and / or elevator access. ONLY registered guests are permitted use of resort amenities. Personally supplied alcoholic beverages are prohibited in public. Refrain from obscene acts or language. Follow ALL posted rules of use.
- NON-SMOKING: This is a 100% smoke-free Resort. For safety and to assure that our facility is not exposed to items or actions that create an odor which is unhealthy and objectionable to our guests and staff, and that is difficult to remove from the air, carpet, walls, and furniture, we do not permit smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing the liquid of nicotine, hookahs, incense, cooking, cigars, candle burning, the use or diffusing of strong-smelling plant-based essential oils or synthetic products in our facility. Guests understand and agree that if Resort staff find evidence of smoking/vaporizing anywhere in the Resort, including a guest room, the guest will be subject to a $350 Cleaning Fee, which guest agrees to have charged to their debit or credit card on file, and guest may be asked to leave the Resort premises. The resort utilizes in-room detection technology as one method of verification of smoking in guest rooms. Disabling or tampering with said technology may result in guest removal from hotel and / or additional fees up to $500.
- Pool Rules: Guests using the pool facility do so at their own risk and sole responsibility and must follow all posted pool rules. The pool does not have a lifeguard on duty and guests should use caution when in the pool. The Resort accepts no liability for injury, death, illness, infection or loss associated with the use of the pool area.
- Fitness Center Rules: Guests using the fitness center do so at their own risk and sole responsibilities and must follow all posted fitness center rules.
- Spa Rules: Guests using the spa do so at their own risk and sole responsibilities and must are required to follow all posted spa rules.
- Arcade Rules: Guests are required to follow all posted arcade rules which include minors 18 and under being accompanied by an adult.
- Business Center Rules: Guests are required to follow all posted business center rules.
- Pet Policy: The Resort has a strict no pets policy. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Only approved service animals are allowed on the property. Service animals are subject to policy & applicable law. Service animals must be registered with both Security, and the resort Front Desk and may NOT be left alone at any time to include guest rooms. Guests confirm and fully understand that if an unapproved pet is found anywhere in the Resort, or if a service animal’s waste is improperly disposed of at the Resort, they will be subject to a Cleaning Fee and may be asked to leave the Resort premises.
- Use of Property and Damages: All guest rooms are in good working condition. If there is any damage to the rooms identified after check-in, please notify the front desk. Muckleshoot Casino Resort reserves the right to impose a fee to remedy any loss of items, or damage to the Resort and/or fixtures and fittings caused by a guest’s accidental, intentional or reckless acts. Should damage come to light after the guest has departed, the Resort reserves the right, and guest hereby authorizes the Resort, to charge guest’s credit or debit card for any damage incurred to the guest room or Resort property during the stay to include an excessive use Cleaning Fee.

Lost or Stolen Items: The Muckleshoot Casino Resort is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe or keep valuables on their persons. Items left behind by guests will be held for 30 days and then disposed of at the discretion of Resort Management. Except that non-electronics left in the pool area will be held for 48 hours, subject to Management discretion.

Parking Regulations: Guests are eligible to use valet and / or Resort parking garage. Please comply with all posted rules, and traffic signage.
- Behavior and Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards other guests and Resort staff. Disorderly behavior may result in eviction without refund. Guests are responsible for deliberate, negligent, or reckless acts by themselves OR their guests. Muckleshoot Casino Resort will charge full value to rectify damage, even after departure. The same is true of missing property or Honor Bar consumption.
- Controlled Substances: Use, possession and sale of drugs and controlled substances including marijuana is strictly prohibited on Resort premises consistent with federal law.
***MUCKLESHOOT CASINO RESORT FOLLOWS A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY REGARDING DRUG USE, UNDERAGE DRINKING, AND / OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY OF ANY KIND. NON-COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW & POLICY WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND; AND / OR LEGAL ACTION UP TO CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. ***
- Weapons: Possession of firearms / weapons on premises is strictly prohibited. Guests entering into the building are subject to controlled access requirements of presentation of a valid government issued photo ID, and weapons detection technology.
- Consent to Enter: Entry upon the casino gaming facility and/or Resort premises by any person shall constitute consent of such one to restraint and detention by authorized casino employees or agents having reasonable cause to believe such person has violated any applicable Federal, State and/or Tribal law ordinance or rule governing the facility and gaming for delivery of said person to the appropriate law enforcement jurisdiction for criminal prosecution.
- Privacy Policy: Resort’s use of personal information will be in accordance with the Muckleshoot Casino Resort’s privacy statement available at https://muckleshootcasino.com/privacy-policy
Muckleshoot Casino Resort reserves the right to amend, modify, change, cancel, vary or add to these Resort Policies / House Rules or the arrangements and content featured on Resort’s website at any time without prior notice.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, nothing within these policies shall be construed as a waiver of Muckleshoot Indian Tribe sovereign immunity.
