Muckleshoot Casino Launches Sports Betting Partnership with Caesars Sportsbook

Best-in-class sportsbook offering debuts February 11, 2022

AUBURN, WA and LAS VEGAS, NV (February 10, 2021) – Washington state’s biggest casino is getting a retail sportsbook fit for its legacy. Caesars Entertainment Inc. (NASDAQ: CZR) today announced a partnership with Muckleshoot Casino to provide retail sports betting services at the Seattle-area property, following Caesars Sportsbook’s recent receipt of a sports wagering license from the Washington State Gambling Commission. The partnership includes plans to open a Caesars Sportsbook location inside the casino on February 11, 2022, bringing in-person sports wagering to the popular gaming destination through the industry-leading Caesars Sportsbook.

“Partnering with a resort like Muckleshoot Casino is a great opportunity for us given its legacy in the state of Washington and prime location between Seattle and Tacoma,” said Chris Holdren, Co-President of Caesars Digital. “This partnership expands Caesars Sportsbook into the state and our sportsbook location at the property will give sports fans what they’ve been waiting for, an unparalleled opportunity to wager on the sports they love in an environment that can’t be matched.”

The new Caesars Sportsbook at Muckleshoot will feature four live betting windows and nine self-service betting kiosks with plans to also offer sports bettors on-property mobile wagering through the Caesars Sportsbook app, subject to Washington state regulations. The 92-seat space will feature more than 20 big-screen TVs, including a 12’ x 24’ video wall, and a live sports ticker, providing sports bettors an experience befit for an emperor.

“The partnership with Caesars Sportsbook reflects our continued commitment to being the biggest and the best in the Northwest,” Junior Maldonado, Director of Gaming Operations at Muckleshoot Casino said. “The Caesars Sportsbook at Muckleshoot will offer guests the premier sports betting experience in our region.”

Serving as a must-visit destination for more than a quarter century, Muckleshoot Casino in Auburn, Washington has grown from a humble temporary structure into the largest gaming facility in the Pacific Northwest with more than 3,000 gaming machines. A sweeping renovation and expansion will culminate with the debut of an 18-story, 400-room resort in 2023.
