Muckleshoot Casino Resort Announces Adrian Fox as the New Chief Executive Officer
Auburn, WA — March 30, 2026 — Muckleshoot Casino Resort, the Pacific Northwest’s premier, award-winning gaming, entertainment, and hospitality destination, is proud to announce the appointment of Adrian Fox as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Adrian brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in the hospitality and gaming industry, having held executive and operational leadership roles across several major gaming markets, including New Mexico, Nevada, Colorado, and Florida. Most recently, he served as General Manager for Laguna Development Corporation in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where he oversaw casino and hotel operations, a RV resort, and multiple travel centers. Adrian also spent more than nine years with the Seminole Tribe of Florida, including serving as General Manager of Seminole Casino Hollywood.
Throughout his career, Adrian has earned a strong reputation for building high-performing teams, improving operational performance, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. His background includes casino operations, organizational leadership, and the successful launch and integration of new properties and acquisitions across both Tribal and commercial gaming enterprises. In addition, he has led major property enhancements and new business initiatives, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and aligned with long-term strategic goals. Known for his collaborative, people-first leadership style, Adrian places a strong emphasis on mentorship, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Adrian is committed to fostering strong relationships with Tribal leadership and community partners, helping ensure organizational success aligns with broader community values and long-term prosperity.
