To help serve you better, below are a few commonly asked questions.
How many rooms and suites does the Resort have?

What do I need at Check-In?
How much is the incidental hold or security deposit?
Upon check-in, the hotel will request a government-issued ID and credit or debit card. The total value of your stay plus $100 per night will be temporarily held for expected charges.
During check-out, any unused pre-authorized funds will be released by the hotel. Please note that depending on your banking institution's policies, it may take up to 7-10 business days after your departure for the funds to be refunded to your account.
Can I use a debit card for incidentals/deposit?
Certainly. The funds will be deducted from your account during check-in. The timeline for the return of these funds to your account may vary, with the process taking up to 30 days depending on your financial institution.

Can I put a cash deposit down for incidentals?
Unfortunately, no. Cash is not accepted at this time.
Do you charge a Resort Fee?
We currently do not have a Resort Fee, however we do charge a 12.5% hospitality tax.
Are children allowed in the Resort and Restaurants?
Muckleshoot Casino Resort is a family-friendly destination. Children or minors under the age of 21 are allowed in all restaurants (except Caesars Sportsbook at Muckleshoot) and the Food Hall as long as they are accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or older. Children are allowed on the Lifestyle Level (2nd floor) including the Arcade, Pool and Gym, as long as they are accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or older.
When entering the casino all minors must follow the green/blue river which is drawn into the carpet to ensure this is the only path taken by the minors and accompanying adults enroute to their dining outlet destination. Minors cannot be left unsupervised, left in restaurant or eating area while parents/adults patronize the Casino. All minors must leave when their party has finished their dining experience.
Are pets allowed at the Resort?

What types of amenities are offered at the Resort?
The Resort offers valet, concierge, bell service, wake-up calls, and arcade; weekend room service; 24/7 fitness center and business center; and pool and hot tub (opening Friday, April 26).
Coming Spring 2024: The Resort will also offer a spa & salon on our Lifestyle Floor located on the 2nd level.
Are there any fitness or recreational facilities available at the Resort?
Nestled on the second floor of our resort, our gym is a fitness haven. Stocked with top-quality Precor equipment, including dumbbells, chest and arm machines, treadmills, stationary bikes, and ellipticals, it offers a complete workout experience. Additionally, we provide Smart brand stability balls, slam balls, mats, and resistance bands for versatile training options. Whatever your fitness goals, our gym provides the tools to achieve them in the tranquil setting of our resort.

Is there a spa at the Resort?
Coming Spring 2024: The Resort will offer a 5,500+ sq. ft spa with 10 treatment rooms, 2 couples treatment rooms, a salon featuring a manicure/pedicure room stations with add-on service menu available, hot and cold therapy pool, sauna and steam room, and an array of services and products.
Are there any pool or hot tubs available at the Resort?
Starting Friday, April 26, the Hotel Pool will be open daily from 10AM-8PM. The Resort offer a 4-ft. deep heated indoor pool and hot tub. Pool area is exclusively for registered resort guests only, unless approved by hotel management.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes. You can bring in food and NON-alcoholic drinks with you to the resort.
Do you offer any wheelchairs or motorized scooters?
We have a limited number of wheelchairs available at the bell desk on a first come, first serve basis.
Unfortunately, we do not have any motorized scooters available for rent.
Can we receive mail or packages at the Resort?
Certainly. You can have packages and mail delivered to the Resort. Please call reservations at 800.804.4944 and let us know you will have something delivered so we can pre-assign your room and also prepare our teams. Please have mail arrival 2 days prior for guest stay.
All Mail and packages will be stored until your arrival. Please make sure the item is addressed to the registered guest.

What kind of bedding do you use? I would like to purchase some.
The bedding & pillows come from Frette 1860, Hotel Collection. Here is the link if you would like to purchase some for your own use: FRETTE 1860
Are weapons allowed in the Resort or in the Casino?
Weapons, including firearms, are NOT ALLOWED in the casino or in the resort.
Do you have any shuttles to the White River Amphitheater?
We do not have any shuttles to the White River Amphitheater.
Do you have any shuttles to the local hotels?
No, we do not have any shuttles to the local hotels. We do have a resort with full amenities including gaming entertainment, restaurants, sports betting, pool, spa, arcade, and more! To book, please click HERE!
If you're staying at a local hotel, we recommend reaching out to them to inquire about shuttle services to Muckleshoot Casino Resort. Given our status as a major attraction in the area, it's possible they offer such services.
What if I am banned from the Resort?
If you have been banned from our establishment and would like to be reinstated, you will need to write a letter to the Muckleshoot Gaming Commission. Please make sure it includes your name, address, phone number, and the reason you feel you should be reinstated. It will then go in front of the commission for a vote.

Do you have overnight RV Parking?
We do not currently have RV parking, overnight RV parking or oversized-vehicle Parking. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Do you have EV Charging stations?
Yes, we have 6 EV Charging Stations located on the first floor of the parking garage in the northwest corner.
You will need to download the PSE Up & Go App from your app store and create an account. Charging is FREE. Once your car is fully charged, please move it to an open parking space afterwards.
